THE THANG
Pax were instructed to partner up and have one block for the pair and commence to moseying to mid point of the hill in front of the school. Exercises for B.O.M.B.S. would take place there for partner 1 while partner 2 would run down the hill and back, then flapjack, and of course r & r till each exercise is complete.
- Burpees x50
- Overhead press with block x100
- Merkins x150
- Big boy sit-ups x200
- squats with block x250 (due to time an audible was called to do half with block but not even that was completely finished)
