- Sprint the straights (track) 2 full laps; Fireman Carry in the infield (2 carries across)
- Mosey to lot
- 30x Reverse Lunges holding block (or sandbag) above head or at chest with a press finisher
- 30x Frog jumps
- Mosey to Band Practice Field
- Sandbag carry around entire field; Judo Stands until Ranger pair brings a set of coupons or bags
