Warm-up
Mosey around the track to warm-up the legs. Stopping for some TTT, LBAC, and slow lunges along the way.
THE THANG
The Burpee PT test is a PAX favorite at Arrowhead. Introduced by Donatello prior to Go Ruck, the benchmark routine has been served up a few times since. 32 minutes is the benchmark time but the PAX were encouraged to push and track their improvement next time. OYO

A few PAX finished with time to spare. QIC offered up some core work for those who hard some left in the tank.
