It was a relatively warm morning when your humble QIC was preparing for a 4:58 ruck and was curious who was in the Q after the ruck. It turns out it was me. 19 Pax decided to take the DRP and work hard!

Mosey to the stairs.

Grab a partner. One partner will crawl bear up the stairs while the other does burpees then flap jack

Next round while partner crawl bears the other does squats.

Final round crawl bears while partner does Mercans.

Mosey to the hill. Here everyone Bernie Sanders to the top of Tombstone Hill  10 Man Makers at the top. Mosey back down. 5 Man Makers at the bottom. Got through 3 rounds.

Misey back to the amphitheater for some Mary. Round the circle we went with flutter kicks, Dc I Hate You’s, boxcutters, Mercans, etc….
