Pretty simple routine here. Get ready for Murph by doing Murph things.

  • Run a little ways with one PAX carrying LD’s sandbag setting the pace
  • 10 things that suck (Plyo Lunges, Dips, BBSU, etc.)
  • 20 Merkins
  • 30 Squats
  • Repeat 10x

Concluded by running from pool parking lot back down hill and across the “bridge” to Duck Island.
