- 70 Merkins
- 60 Lunges (each leg=1)
- 50 Block Presses
- 40 Mountain Climbers (R+L=1)
- 30 Block Curls
- 20 Burpees
- 10 Carolina Dry Docks
- 2 Laps
With the remaining time, as the PAX finished they jumped in on a EMOM workout beginning at 5 dips, 5 merkins, and 5 jump squats. Rest until the top of the minute and do 6 of each, then 7, and so on until time was called.
