THE THANG
We moseyed over to the pull-up bars stopping 3x going there and once on the way back for some Americans and rolling of the workout die. Once there we struggled well through a 10/10/10.  10 minute Amrap of alternating 10 pull-ups And 10 Burpees three light posts apart.
