    A knock-down, drag-out between block vs. no-block. PAX completed a block exercise, bear crawled to a second area, where a non-block exercise was completed until his turn to bear crawl back. PAX lined up and bear crawled one at a time 15 yards between areas.

Sometimes it’s not about not letting life knock you down, but what really matters isĀ when life knocks you down, you get back up again.
