• 1 Power Clean, Move to next post, drop sandbag
• Run to the stop sign at other end of land bridge and back to sandbag
• 2 Bent Over Rows, Move to next post…

All PAX were modifying to some extent by the end due to non-functioning arms and shoulders. QIC led the charge being in the 15th round as time ended.
