There were a few men who wanted to take the opportunity to get a baseline of their physical fitness in a few exercises. It was a humid morning, but it didn’t stop anyone from performing in BEAST MODE!

THE THANG
The PAX who showed up for this post were given the workout exercises and times in advance. This was a baseline workout for those who showed up. The goal was to be able to see where we are as an individual in our physical fitness and then to be re-tested in a few months. The workout was to do AMRAPS for 1-minute for each of the following exercises. Each exercise was done for a total of 1-minute.
- Merkin – 1-minute
- Squat – 1-minute
- BBSU – 1-minute
- Burpees – 1-minute
- LBC – 1-minute
- Block Curls – 1-minute
- Mountain Climbers – 1-minute
- SSH – 1-minute
- Block Overhead Press – 1-minute
- Plank Hold – (as long as you can)
