10 Pax came out to help me celebrate my 30th birthday! What better way to do that in the gloom! Brisk 55 degree weather, but we warmed up quickly.

THE THANG
4 stations were set up around the parking lot. Each station contained 3 exercises, 10 reps of each exercise. We counted off to see where we started. The stations were as follows:
- block curls, block thrusters, block flutter kicks
- moving merkins, jumping lunges, v-ups
- block press, jump squats, block rows
- plank toe taps, burpos, American hammers
When one stations is completed, bear crawl/lunge to the next station. Rinse and repeat until I called time.
