on a 1.1 mile loop going around SH Campus we did the following:
1 Mile at race pace / .25 mile recovery pace
1K at race pace / 200m recovery pace – repeat 2 sets
.25 mile at race pace / 200m recovery pace – repeat 3 sets
On the track AYG for the last 5 min
