Burpees on all the even numbers down to 6 and Merkins on all the odd numbers down to 5. Start 20 – 5 and finish 5 – 20. Run light pole to light pole between burpees and squats.

PRAYER: 

Remember all those PAX with family going through illnesses. Safe travel for all the PAX this week and next. Greatfulness for the reason for the celebration of the day. The first and most important gift given to man. (Prayer on my mind but failed to mention in the circle – remember all those working today to keep us safe, heal us, and serve us. They often are overlooked, but I am so thankful for all of these men and women who are sacrificing time with their families to watch over mine.)
MOLESKIN
Health is so taken for granted when things are going well. I have learnd many times it can be gone in a moment and I was reminded of that again this past weekend. I am so grateful to all the Pax who offered up prayers, messages, and offers of service. The response was overwhelming. My wife was suprised how the out pouring of concern and love for my family. While I hope to never have to offer the same encouragement to any of the Pax, I would be honored to do so.
