So to start things off…. WHAT IS UP WITH ALL THESE CARS!?!?!?!?!? Pax found a different arrangement to our parking lot in the gloom this AM. We pulled into a ghost town of cars and trucks left by Band Mates going to the Rose Parade. The uncomfortable idea of playing around with heavy and unforgiving cinder blocks was becoming un-appealing. However being that there was a small area of car free parking lot we made due.

The Thang: So in reverence of the up coming New Years Eve count down I though the Pax would enjoy a Block inspired ladder.

20 Kettle Bell swings

Between sets PAX would run to the Parking lot curb and back.

To celebrate our time together making ready the New Year PAX completed 10 push ups while clapping hands with partner on the up count.

To live up the excitement of the oncoming party PAX completed

20 Man makers

40 Bent over rows

Annnnnnnd

60 more curls for the girls.

Also completing a run between sets to the parking lot curb.

Now no New Years eve is not complete with out some team bonding excersize so I offered a brilliant partner DORA

Mosey to Parking Lot curb and preform 10 step up and Mosey back to partner.

PAX completed in outstanding fashion and all assisted in bringing in the 6 by completing 10 Squats with the Block each to finish the number.

COT: FNG Sister Wife came out today and crushed his Virgin Post. He is going to be hopefully enlisting in the Army in 2020 after completing some last minute requirments. Sister Wife expressed that he is doing what he knows is best for his Family. Good Luck to you Sister Wife.

Also Osmosis expressed that it is time for the Wilderness Road boys to step up and sign up for Q’s with passion and not wait to be called on. This is part of what F3 is all about. Get it on.
