The weather was once again a perfect 31 degrees. 7 Pax came out for some fun!

Pax were split up into two groups, one group at each set of stairs. The reps were 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, and 2.

Set 1: Merkins at the bottom of the stairs.

5 man makers halfway up

Block squats at the top.

Set 2: BBSU’s at the bottom.

5 man makers halfway up.

Curls at the top.

The groups switched sides halfway through. The second round for everyone we subbed burpees for man makers.
