13 PAX came out on a rainy, 58 degree morning for some work.  YHC didn’t want to disappoint, so I introduced them to BOPO (Burpee, One-legged burpee, Plank jack, One-legged burpee [the other leg].  This counts as 1 rep).  Mumble chatter confirmed they were not disappointed.

Warm-up

The Thang

Mosey to Tombstone Hill for a round of Diego (Dora’s cousin).  Partner up and cumulatively complete the following exercises:

  1. 100 Merkins
  2. 150 overhead press w/ coupon
  3. 200 LBCs
  4. 250 coupon curls
  5. 300 squats w/ coupon.

While partner 1 preforms exercises at the bottom of Tombstone Hill, partner 2 runs up to the top and completes 1 BOPO, runs back down and switches partner.

Mosey back to Amphitheater and plank for the six.
