THE THANG
Routine #1: 3 exercises with 10 reps each for 20 rounds. Goal is to finish under 20min.
- Merkins
- Block or bag curls
- Air Squats
Routine #2: Prison cell burpee beatdown
- Using a single parking spot, begin with 20 burpees then move to the other corner of the spot and perform 19 burpees. Continue until time is called.
