THE THANG
2 stations we set up at the top and bottom of the parking lot. Each station had a 2 sets of 3 exercises that you would begin with 5 then mosey to the next station and complete 5 of those exercises. Increase the reps by 5 each time until you reach 25. Then move to the second set of exercises….
