YHC put out a back to school challenge and today was 5th grade. So the Pax completed K – 5 today of the challenge.

THE THANG
Part 1: EMOM of 10 LBCs, Dips, and Squats for 10 rounds
Part 2: Mosey to Wild Wings. From Wild Wings, the Pax will complete the triangle in the reverse path (Alan Kulwicki) to the backside of Tombstone Hill back to Wild Wings. During the lap, each Pax will stop at each post on the right and left side of the street and perform 1 Burpee. Lap 2 stopping at each post and perform 5 merkins. YHC forgets exactly how many posts line the path, but there were at least 20. Pax who finished early were encouraged to run the loop until the 6 arrived. T claps to the Pax who completed three and a half loops.
Part 3: EMOM #2: 5 wall jumps (or step-ups), 10 incline merkins, 10 heels to heaven. We completed 7 rounds before time was called.
