With the threat of rain before the pax were all tucked in their beds, 7 brave and manly pax decided to get better. Gloom and a calm rain started the workout and finished it.

Mosey to the bottom of Tombstone Hill
Instructions:
Run to the corner of the next road, perform 20 Overhead Claps, 20 Imperial Walkers, 20 Merkins and 20 Flutterkicks.
Then run to the next corner street and repeat exercises again. Then run to the bottom of Tombstone Hill and continue until time is called.
