Mosey back to track and coupons. Then the real THANG:
20 minute EMOM, modify reps as able.
Even Minutes: 7 hand release merkins
Odd minutes: 7 thrusters with coupon
Pax changed numbers as needed. After the first few rounds I switched to 10 HRM and 8 Thrusters. That was enough.
