Not too cold this morning but a slaughter starter was in order, 20 burbies, followed by some stretching our now warmed bodies
THE WORKOUT:
YHC only had a bit of time to make this morning memorable and leaned on a past workout for help. Park is broken into 3 stations.
- 1 – 20 brain busters, 20 block curls, 20 block rows, run to the next station.
- 2 – 20 ‘Merkins, 20 squats, 20 lunges, run to the next station.
- 3 – 20 dips, 20 BB Situps, 20 imperial walkers, run to the next station.
- Every full lap around the park a 5 reps for each exercise.
