Thang 1.
Mosey to parking lot. Using the lower part of the hill, perform a Jacob’s ladder up to 7 and then back down to 1. Help the 6 with reps as needed.
Thang 2.
Mosey to pull up bars. Grab a spot on the wall for some AMRAP fun. 20 chicken peckers, then 20 lunges.
Bear crawl the width of the parking lot, then: 20 Australian snow angels and 20 Freddie Mercuries (2:1). Rinse and repeat.
