AFTER LAST CONE PLACED, PERFORM EMOM OF SUMO SQUATS X 25 UNTIL GROUP 2 ARRIVES AT LOCATION.
GROUP 2:
PERFORM 11s OF: CAROLINA DRY DOCKS, V-UPS
SCOUT RUN FOLLOWING GROUP 1’S TRAIL OF CONES.
STOP AT EACH CONE & PICK IT UP.
