6 PAX gathered on a chilly and breezy 33 degree morning. YHC wasn’t 100% sure what the Weinke would be last night as I went to bed. So I slept on it… a wink for the Weinke. Woke up with a few ideas, but mainly made it up as I go.
Warm-up
- Slow squat x 10 IC
- TTT x 10 IC
- LBAC forward x 10 IC
- Shoulder pretzels x 10 IC
- LBAC reverse x 10 IC
- Merkin x 10 IC
The Thang
Catch Me If You Can – PAX partnered up. 1 PAX ran around Founder’s Park while PAX 2 performed 1 Burpee then ran to catch up, tag and switch. Rinse and repeat for 3 total laps with 2 Burpees for lap 2 and 3 Burpees for lap 3.
Jacob’s Ladder – Mosey to short grassy hill. Sprint up the hill and perform 1 Burpee then back down. Rinse and repeat adding a Burpee each time for a total of 7 rounds.
String of Pearls – 2 minute mosey followed by a “pearl” that included:
- 20 Merkins
- 20 LBCs
- 20 Prisoner Squats
- 1 minute plank
The PAX roamed all around the downtown area finding “pearls” until time ran out. About 2.5 miles logged.
