5 PAX ventured out of their warm dwellings into the freezing rain and sleet to get stronger and encourage one another. Great work men!

11 Lunges each leg
(Adding one rep after each lap)
Sprint to 1st light pole and then mosey to complete a lap. After second set, sprint to the 2nd light pole and mosey. After 3rd set, sprint to 3rd light pole… ad infinitum… After a few laps the lunges were changed to single squats. We finished with a cool down mosey lap and headed back to amphi-theatre where we realized it was 6:15.
