5 PAX showed up on a Friday morning to finish the week in a good way.  After a three week COVID hiatus, YHC was glad to be back with the group.

• Station 2- Merkins, Squats, Leg Lifts
• Station 3- Curls, Overhead Press, Flutter Kicks (4 count w/ coupon hold)
