6 Pax braved the wind and 41-degree temp to complete a stolen Chipper YHC found on the back blasts from last week. Really the 41 was quite warm compared to the last few weeks, but the wind did add a nice discomfort to the Q.
Since YHC is still hobbled:
LBACs forward and reverse – IC x 10
WMH – 10 count each leg and middle
Runners stretch (deep stretch) 10 count each leg
updog 10 count, to downward dog to stretch calves, walk hands back to toe, and stand.
Lap for those who like to have a lap to warm up.
YHC stole and modified a Chipper that Rudy had Q earlier in the week. Since the chipper involved little movement it was perfect for YHC to Q. All pax were invited to use their coupon with each exercise to modify the level of difficulty up. Each pax got through the chipper with 10 minutes to spare so we started it again cutting each rep count in half. Most got through the merkins the second time. A few got through the dips. T-claps to GoldDust for getting to the second round of burpees.
