7 pax came out and put some work in. After a winter of longer distances today focused on knocking the rust off and changing gears.

THE THANG
The segment on Strava is appropriately named “Get Up That Hill”, and YHC broke the hill down into 3 segments. Sections on the way up were a perceived effort of either medium or hard. This was followed by a jog back down to the bottom. After 4 reps of hill work a modified LB loop was used as recovery. The second hill reps had a 5th effort for the Strava. The pax then mosied back to the track with ample mumble chatter.
