6 PAX w/ coupons in hand. The objective: the quest for 1000. The April Ab challenge assigns points for various exercises and YHC wanted to Q a beatdown to score at least 1000. Mission accomplished on this perfect 47 degree morning.

The Thang
Mosey to Tombstone Hill. The quest for 1000 is a ladder circuit using planks, LBCs, flutter kicks, and American Hammers for points. Coupon exercises were completed at the bottom of the hill, then run to the top of hill for 25 reps of either LBCs, flutter kicks, or American Hammers alternating each time. Run down back to the bottom of hill and Al Gore (or various other exercise) for the 6. Plank for 60 seconds at the end of each round increasing the time by 15 seconds until 2 minutes then reduce time by 15 seconds.
- 10 block burpees, 25 LBCs, 60 second plank
- 15 Thrusters, 25 Flutter kicks, 75 second plank
- 20 Curls, 25 American Hammers, 90 second plank
- 25 KBS, 25 LBCs, 105 second plank
- 30 Bent over row, 25 Flutter kicks, 120 second plank
- 25 KBS, 25 LBCs, 105 second plank
- 20 Curls, 25 American Hammers, 90 second plank
- 15 Thrusters, 25 Flutter kicks, 75 second plank
- 10 block burpees, 25 LBCs, 60 second plank
Total plank time = 13 minutes or 780 seconds = 780 points
Total LBCs, flutter kicks, or American Hammers reps = 225 points
Final Ab challenge total = 1005 point
There was a little time left over so we mosey over to Amphitheater for 25 dips and 20 derkins. Then mosey to stairs and bear crawl up and mosey back as time ran out.

Announcements – Q source continues to meet on Saturday mornings. PAX are encouraged to post at all NETN AOs (excluding the hill and boilermaker) within a 2 week period or lead a Q at each AO within a 1 month period in an effort to build relationships with the PAX at other AOs.
