THE THANG
Mosey to the Freedom Hall swimming hole parking lot with pit stops for merkins, squats, and chicken peckers. PAX arrived at the parking lot to find 4 cones and a 100lb. sandbag. PAX worked through 4 stations while at least 1 PAX carried the sandbag past the 4 cones. PAX were encouraged to ask for help when the sandbag became burdensome and not let it touch the ground.

Station 1:

  • 10 Merkins (Round 1)
  • 20 Squats (Add during round 2)
  • 30 Flutter kicks (Add during round 3)

Station 2:

  • 10 Dips (Round 1)
  • 20 Lunges (Add during round 2)
  • 30 V-Ups (Add during round 3)

Station 3:

  • 10 Carolina Dry Docks (Round 1)
  • 20 Monkey Humpers (Add during round 2)
  • 30 Side Crunches (Add during round 3)

Station 4:

Mosey across the field and bear crawl up Pepsi hill. Mosey back to start.

Sandbag couldn’t touch the ground for more than 5 seconds or else there would be a penalty. Sandbag didn’t touch the ground once!

MARY
No time – back to the start late.

CIRCLE OF TRUST

PRAYER
MOLESKIN
Purpose of the Q was to provide a scenario in which PAX would need to ask for help (carrying the bag). Too many men don’t ask for help, and it has terrible consequences in their marriages and families. F3 provides a good brotherhood to trust with the struggles of life. Don’t hesitate to ask for help when you need it. Be honest about your own limitations.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Sign up to Q for May. Head to Moneypenny’s house next Friday for Lasagna and 2nd F.
