Pax mosey to playground   YHC decided to channel is inner Allen Iverson and give a little Murph practice.  Pax were to complete a 1/2 Murph (1/2 mile run before and after 50 pull-ups 100 merkins 150 squats)

then mosey to track for 1/4 no mercy mile
