- Set 1: 5 pull-ups and 10 tricep extensions followed by about 180 yards round trip.
- Set 2: 5 blockees and 10 chicken peckers followed by about 180 yards round trip.
- Set 3: 20 curls and 10 overhead presses followed by about 180 yards round trip.
