Brisk morning in the upper 40s as 7 PAX, including an FNG, ventured to Arrowhead to put in some work.

THE THANG
It’s been a while since we pulled out the trusty deck of cards (or maybe YHC missed the last one).  In any case, PAX stopped at the swingsets and here we go:

• Hearts – Merkins
• Diamonds – V-ups
• Spades – Squat Jumps
• Clubs – Underdogs
• Aces – run to the top of the hill and back (audibled at Ace #2 for time to run the bottom half of the hill)
• Jokers – Mosey to Monkeybars for 10 pullups
