• Bear Crawl 25 yards to first marker and do 25 Rows, Mosey back to the beginning.
• Bear Crawl 25 yards to first marker, then Overhead carry to the second marker and do 25 curls.
• Bear Crawl 25 yards to first marker, then Overhead carry to the second marker, then murder bunny back to the first marker and perform 25 merkins.
• Bear Crawl 25 yards to first marker, then Overhead carry to the second marker, then murder bunny back to the first marker, then Overhead carry to the beginning and perform 25 rows, 25 curls, and 25 Overhead presses.
• Mosey to the COP about 100 yards and do 30 LBCs, Mosey back to the bear crawl medley and repeat.
