It was humid today. The kind of humidity that sneaks up on you once you start moving. 8 PAX realized that this morning as we put in some strong work.

It’s been a while for this one: we Indian Ran the long way to the monkey bars. (I wanted to do some pullups)
- 20 second AMRAP pullups with 10 second rest in between. RR for 5 rounds.
Mosey back to the flag. Cones were set about 25 yards apart on the field. Start at the 0 yard-line and progress to the first cone. Do the exercise then run back to the start line. Then go to the next cone (bypassing the first cone), do the exercise then run back to start. Continue that pattern until you are running the full length of the field to the last cone. Then start a new round back to the first cone. The 0 yard-line was always 5 burpees. Reps at the other cones started at 10 and increased by 1 rep on each subsequent round.
- 0 yard-line: 5 burpees
- 25 yard-line: Squat Thrusters
- 50 yard-line: Hand release merkins
- 75 yard-line: Heels to Heaven
- 100 yard-line: V-ups
Most PAX made it somewhere to the rounds of 12-15 reps
About 40 seconds of plank.
