Beautiful weather for 6 PAX, including 1 FNG, to give a shout out to @PBS. We attempted to repeat one of his previous Qs that he copied from @Honesuckle.
LBC, WMH, Merkins, Imperial Walkers
Just at PBS did, we set out 3 cones along Roan Street from Car-Mol Drive, up the horrible hill and back down to White Way. This is a little more than 1/2 a mile. At each cone we completed 3 exercises doing 10 of each at the first cone, 15 at the second, 20 at the third, then back to 15 at the second. Once back to the start, we moved to the next set of exercises.
- Merkins/Squats/Superman (hold each 2 sec)
- Carolina Dry Docks/Lunges (R+L=1)/American Hammer (R+L+R+L=1)
- Burpees! – No need for 3 exercises here- none of us got to this one
