- Slow squats IC x 10
The Thang
Q: Titan’s Revenge (YHC called it the Killer B’s since all exercises started with “B”)
7 Rounds of the exercises below for time:
6 cones each set 10 yards apart.
Cone 1 – No exercise, but bear crawl to Cone 2
Cone 2 – 20 BBSUs then bear crawl to Cone 3
Cone 3 – 20 Bobby Hurleys then bear crawl to Cone 4
Cone 4 – 20 Burpees then bear crawl to Cone 5
Cone 5 – 20 Block Thrusters then bear crawl to Cone 6
Cone 6 – 20 Boat Canoes
Bernie Sanders back to Cone 1 to rinse and repeat for a total of 7 rounds.
