THE THANG
Mosied to SH football field for a burpee celebration.
Start on goal line jog to 20 yard line – 2 burpees, jog to 40 yard line 4 burpees, jog to 40 yard line 4 burpees, 20 yard line 2 burpees, jog across goal line and celebrate with 10 burpees, head back to starting goal line and sprint from the 50 yard line
Next set, 20 yard line- 5 merkins, 40 yard line 10 merkins, 40 yard line 10 merkins, 20 yard line- 5 merkins, across goal line- 10 burpees and jog back and sprint from the 50 yard line.
Next set 20 yard line- 5 situps, 40- 10 situps, 40- 10 situps, 20- 5 situps, across goal line- 10 burpees and sprint from the 50 yard line.
Run a lap then rinse and repeat
Mosied back to parking lot and did some Mary for last 3 minutes.
