I’ve dreaded this day for almost a year. I didn’t want to get out of bed after 360 days of fart sacking. I had convinced myself I didn’t need to workout any more and that I could get my exercise from other venues. All of the leads up to the Doom and Gloom that I have faced trying to get back after it. Convergence showed me I could still move. Picking up the Q pushed me, more than i have pushed in a year. Now I have to wrestle with the thoughts trying to convince myself that I need to get back out.
