6 pax rolled into what was truly a gloom. There was a thick layer of fog with the humidity through the roof.

THE THANG
YHC has lately been on an EMOM kick. It forces me to push myself but still be able to reach rep goals. Today 3 different EMOMs were on deck.

• EMOM 1: 10 minutes of 10 merkins, 10 LBCs, and 10 squats. Any time left over was rest time before the next minute.
• Mosey lap
• EMOM 2: 10 minutes of 10 box jumps and 10 dips
• 2 minute recovery
• EMOM 3: 10 minutes of 100 meter sprints down and back (total of 200 meters). After 5 rounds YHC switched it up to stadium steps up and down each minute. 8 total rounds were completed before time was called.
