15 PAX gathered at the amphitheater with coupons ready to get stronger and become better HIM thanks to a 12-sided die with a new tape job.

- SSH – we kept going until the late PAX grabbed his coupon and joined the rest performing SSH.I think we finsihed 36. Mumble chatter during the warm up was bubbling.
THE THANG
YHC took his $5 twelve-sided [dodecahedron] exercise die and used tape to revise some of the exercises including 15 KBS, 25 OHPs, 15 Curls and 15 Block Squats. Everyone had two opportunities to roll the die so we completed 30 rounds of fun. Some believed the die was weighted as PAX kept rolling KBS, OHP and merkins.
After all PAX rolled the die twice, we finished with 11s – box jumps and LBCs
