Initial part of the Q was one of YHC’s favorite EMOM’s.
- First Minute – 10 Burpee Box Jump (using the concrete benches)
- Second Minute – 10 Push-ups, 15 Bodyweight Squat
- Alternate minutes for 12 rounds
Slow moseyed back towards the track and stopped at the first light pole. It’s the slow mosey that gets you every time.
- 5 Hand Release Merkins
- Bear crawl to the next light pole
- 5 Hand Release Merkins
- Walking lunge halfway to the next light pole then turn and finish the distance with some Bernie’s
- 5 Hand Release Merkins
- Mosey to the final light pole
- 5 Hand Release Merkins
Head back over to the start of the track where the coupons were left.
- Line up across the track, hit 10 coupon thrusters. Run ~25 yards and do 20 Big Boy Situps. Run back. Repeat one more time.
- Next set, replace the thrusters with 20 coupon curls. ~25 yard run and do 20 Big Boy Situps. Run back. Repeat one more time.
