Reps and laps

Due to the cooler weather last week YHC eagerly put on a long sleeve shirt for today’s q…interestingly it was 10° warmer than last Tuesday.

THE THANG

Laps and reps around the track   Track had 4 stations at mid points of the straits and curves.  Step ups, merkins, dying cockroach, curls.   Laps 4-6 (ideally we would have completed 8)  squats, dips, pickle pounders, bor.

Of course when the pax end up in groups several topics of conversation were heard . Ranging from doctrinal theology to whether or not fia had flatulence when they workout like we do…
