THE THANG

This workout is a variation on the IRON PAX Murder Bunnies workout from 2020. Lots of block work.

• Murder bunny 25 yards then do 26 squat thrusters. Then carry block back to the starting line and complete 5 burpees over block.
• Murder bunny 25 yards then do 26 overblock merkins. Carry block back to the starting line and complete 5 burpees over block.
• Murder bunny 25 yards and then do 26 curl presses. Carry block back to the starting line and complete 5 burpees over block.
• Murder bunny 25 yards and then do 26 windshield wipers over vertical block. Carry block back to the starting line and complete 5 burpees over block.

Rinse and repeat as necessary until time is called.
