Rolling the Dice at Nickelback’s Casino

9 PAX on the scene. A nice, cool morning to put in some work and get the mind in gear and cleared.

THE THANG
After a short mosey around the track to get things started, the PAX traveled to lower lot to enter the casino. 7 stations with 15 reps each, but gambling does have its risks. After the reps, PAX had to roll the dice for an added risk or reward of +10, +5, Run, or Move to the next station. A few rolled runs helped PAX post almost 2 miles.

A mosey back up Ranger Hill with a short plank brought us back to base.

Sometimes in life when we roll the dice, we do not always get the outcome that we had hoped for. It’s a gamble that we cannot always control. Encourage yourself to find the positive outlook even when the outcome may not always be in your favor and when life gets busy. As Thanksgiving is upon us, reflect on your blessings and remember all the many things you are thankful for.
