It was a brisk 17-degree morning in the gloom for the 8 brave PAX to get some hard work done. We had a Cheeks and El Camino sighting about mid-Q.

THE THANG
PAX counted off to form three groups. 2 stations with identical AMRAP exercise lists located at near island in the gloom and the other at the Welcome Center. AMRAP Exercise list: 1. Burpees 2. Merkins 3. Squats 4. Curls 5. V-ups. One group at each station with the third group running the bridge lap with The American Flag to pass it off to the next station for them to take it on to the next station. (The American Flag is always moving through the gloom). Once the running group reaches the station, they begin the next AMRAP exercise on the list.
The AOQ randomly calls out running assignments throughout the Q as a group (one run to Hotel Hill and another up Magnolia).
Total miles: ~2.5 (AOQ reached 2.68)
