Mosey to playground for a ladder at the light poles.   pole 1: 10 merkins.  Pole 2: 20 flutter kicks. Pole 3: 30 Freddy Mercury’s . Pole 4: 40 crunches  finish with 5 pull-ups  pax completed 2 rounds   Mosey to front of school.  Bottom of the hill 20 mtn climbers, Everest to top, 20 H2H.  R&R two rounds .  Pax make haste to the flag for the last  phase of the everything workout .  North  end of track 10 mike Tyson’s, west side 20 dips at bleachers, south side 30 dying cockroaches, east side 40 squats.  Pax completed 2 laps.  Cobains for going over a minute and a half
