5 PAX came out on a slightly chilly June morning with the promise that we would play a little game. While visions of a garbage bag filled with play pit balls (not out of the question), they were delightfully surprised that YHC had a new app on his phone…and a Coca-Cola speaker!

Circuit Training (3 cycles each circuit, 45 sec on 15 sec off, 1 lap around the track in between circuits)
Circuit 1:
1. Inchworm Merkins
2. SSH
3. Burpees
4. Fast Feet (or Boy Band)
Circuit 2:
1. Block Curls
2. Overhead press
3. Kettlebell swing
4. Squats
Circuit 3:
1. Plank w/ Leg Lift
2. WW1 Sit-Ups (I believe we agreed these may be considered WW1 1/2 with my modification)
3. Toe Touch Crunches
4. Ankle Biters

Listen to your body. If you burn the candle at both ends, you will need a break. But, while taking that break, be intentional to get back into the healthy pattern that you were pursuing. A healthy break can lead to an unhealthy change if we’re not careful.
