THE THANG
Partner Up- One partner starts to farmer carry two blocks while partner 2 does 10 merkins then runs to catch up. Swap back and forth until you go around the track.
Mosey to rail road ties with partner and block. Each group does 200 step ups total. First partner starts with step ups while other lifts one block above head and moseys around closest goal post and back to first partner and swap.
Next all PAX went to the back line of the end zone with block. Pick up block and throw it toward the other goal post, mosey to block, 10 merkins and repeat to other end line. The first two PAX to hit the 25 yard line do 10 burpess instead of squats.
Start back the other direction and instead of squats, do 10 curls. At 50 yard line, mosey to bleachers.
One partner does 10 dips and other does Flutter Kicks. Repeat 5 rounds then instead of Flutter Kicks do Superman Kicks for 5 more rounds.
Mosey back to block and continue to end line.
Repeat one round of the step ups and block carry then Farmer Carry and Merkins back to start.
